Never an Artwork Setup Fee When You Follow the Artwork Requirements Below:

The best file format to send is EPS. We will accept most types of Vector Art. Vector art files provide superior reproduction quality allowing images to be resized with no loss of sharpness or detail. If you zoom in and the lines become pixelated, then it isn't vector art.
We can except files in either PC or Mac Formats

There is no charge for having us check your artwork to see if it is formated properly or if a particular file is acceptable.
All original artwork used to create the document must be included on the disk. Placed images cannot be manipulated or altered. TIFF or EPS images being used for line art need to be scanned and saved at 1200 DPI. TIFF or EPS images for Four Color Process art need to be scanned at 300 DPI and the Image Size saved with 300 pixels per inch at 100% of final print size.

We recommend that all text be converted to outlines when possible. If not, all fonts, font suitcases, printer fonts and screen fonts must be included with art and files that contain curved copy.
Bleeds for Refrigerator Magnets:
  • Art intended to print to the edge must extend 3/32" outside the cut line.
  • Art not intended to print to the edge must remain 3/32" within the cut line.
