The best file format to send is EPS. We will accept most types of Vector Art. Vector art files provide superior reproduction quality allowing images to be resized with no loss of sharpness or detail. If you zoom in and the lines become pixelated, then it isn't vector art.

There is no charge for having us check your artwork to see if it is formated properly or if a particular file is acceptable.
All
original artwork used to create the document must be included on the disk.
Placed images cannot be manipulated or altered. TIFF or EPS images being
used for line art need to be scanned and saved at 1200 DPI. TIFF or EPS
images for Four Color Process art need to be scanned at 300 DPI and the
Image Size saved with 300 pixels per inch at 100% of final print size.

if I don't have high resolution artwork?
That is ok! You can send us your logo and text anyway that is convenient for you. (Fax, email, low resolution gif or jpeg, mail a disk or a printout, send us a drawing on a napkin, etc.) For a flat rate of $39.95, we will convert it to EPS format which is almost universally excepted by all printers.
